For many clients the relocation process starts with a cost benefit analysis. This is often the point at which we get involved which is usually between 6 to 12 months before the date of a break option or a lease expiry.
If you are unsure of the benefits of relocation we can produce a 'Stay v Go' Analysis. This compares the total occupancy costs of your existing building with those of viable alternatives taking into account changes in headcount. The model we use accounts for the full cost of relocation including the loss of business, management time, re-instatement and fit-out. The results are presented in a graphic form using our proprietary 'ValueMatrix' tool.
