Our Property Cost Review begins with an analysis of your space utilisation to reveal whether you have the correct amount and configuration of floorspace for your needs. We examine a range of factors including the culture of your organisation, the workstyles of your teams and interaction with clients. We also check the frequency and density of use of ancillary space such as meeting rooms, break out areas and file stores. The data we collect allows us to determine your physical space needs within the existing property.

The next stage involves a review of your lease to highlight opportunities that may exist to reduce costs. For example, an imminent break option might allow you the opportunity to re-gear your lease. This process could result in redundant space (e.g. under-utilised meeting rooms) being handed back to the Landlord thereby reducing your rent, rates and service charges.

Finally, we analyse each component of your property costs including rent, car parking, rates and service charges. These are benchmarked against the current market and if required, your activity sector. We can also provide an assessment of your energy management and business continuity planning to provide a comprehensive review of your property requirements relative to the current market.

Our findings and recommendations are presented in a report which identifies potential savings and the strategies for achieving them.
