As you will appreciate, Landlords and their agents have a vested interest in rents and capital values rising. Because we only act for occupiers our objectives are somewhat different. This is why we do not have any Landlord or Developer clients. If we did, we would have a clear conflict of interest.

Our services cover the full life cycle of commercial property and are delivered by a team of experienced professionals who operate throughout the North West region and beyond.

We undertake a variety of projects for clients including Property Search and Acquisition, Fit Out, Dilapidations and Re-instatement, Lease Renewal, Rent Review, Break Option Surrender and Lease Re-gear. We can review your Business Rates and Service Charge liabilities to reveal both cash recovery and cost reduction opportunities.
