iTAS was founded in January 2009 by the former head of NB Real Estate's Manchester office, Martyn Markland.

Unlike its' competitors, iTAS only accepts instructions from commercial tenants and owner occupiers. This makes it a unique source of conflict free advice for the users of commercial property.

iTAS is based in central Manchester but operates throughout England and Wales. It deals with industrial, retail and office property and represents both private and public sector organisations. It is manages projects involving properties with a floor area of 2,500 sq.ft. (200 sq.m) and above. The team also has experience of dealing with portfolios of properties and can therefore provide a solution for organisations seeking to outsource their property function.  

iTAS's recent clients include; Irwell Valley Housing Association, Singleton Clamp & Partners, Datalex, Armitt & Co, The Original Factory Shop and Action Claims & Mortgages.

The iTAS team includes a Transaction Specialist, a Building Surveyor, a Rent Review Surveyor, a Business Rates adviser and a Service Charge expert. We offer a full range of Tenant Representation Services including Lease Renewal, Rent Review, Relocation and Cost Reduction.
