Alternatively, it might involve negotiating an upfront capital payment to fund a relocation to a new building. Whichever option you choose, we will secure you the most competitive terms that are available in the marketplace.
Second, our team of experts minimises your property costs. We start by benchmarking your rent, rates and service charges against comparable buildings and take action wherever we believe savings can be achieved. This could involve a variety of initiatives including appealing your Business Rates or challenging your Service Charges. If appropriate, we will also review your space utilisation to identify any potential surplus space or alternative workstyles that could that could help drive down your property costs. We will also examine less obvious areas including the structure and drafting of your lease as these too can affect your occupation costs.
